If your "100 Hearts" purchase didn't appear after payment, force-close and reopen the app — pending purchases are recovered automatically on launch. If hearts still didn't credit, or you were charged without receiving them, email us with your Apple order/receipt ID from the App Store and we'll help right away.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My progress didn't save / I lost my best score. Progress and hearts are saved on your device only. Reinstalling the app or restoring your phone from a backup that predates your last session can reset local data.
The game crashed or froze. Please email us with your device model and iOS version, and what you were doing right before it happened.
